👉 HOW TO ORDER PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Step 1 - If there are multiple products in the listing, please select the one you would like from the drop down lists.
Step 2 - Select the quantity you would like.
Step 3 - Add to the cart.
Step 4 - In the order notes please leave us the musicals and name you would like to appear on your product. Ideally we need a musical for each letter of the name you would like and the musical must contain that letter. We require around 10 musicals total but if the name is more than 10 musicals that number of musicals will work.
Step 5 - Proceed to check out. Pay and complete your order.
Step 6 - Keep an eye on your messages and emails for any information regarding the progress of your order, including mock-ups.

Please use the email that you would like to be contacted on when purchasing your order. (Always check the junk folder)

🚚 DELIVERY INFORMATION:

UK Mainland Orders: All orders are shipped with tracking numbers - We require 1-3 business days to process and print your order (personalised orders may take longer if waiting on replies such as confirmation of mock-ups) - Our shipping company takes 2-3 days to ship on 2nd Class and 1-2 days on 1st Class - Our shipping company provides a Next Day shipping service which is a 1 day shipping time Monday to Friday but this time is from after the order is dispatched. Please select the shipping method you would like at checkout.

International Orders: We require 1-3 business days to process and print your order (personalised orders may take longer if waiting on replies such as confirmation of mock-ups) - Our shipping company takes between 3-11 business days to ship these items if selecting a standard or tracked service. Economy shipping can be up to 6 weeks shipping from date of dispatch. (this can be longer at busier periods such as Christmas). Please select the shipping method you would like at checkout.

Any delays, damage or loss that occurs once the item has been dispatched is the responsibility of the shipping company although we will do the best we can to help with resolutions.

If you require your order faster or you are local to Derby and would like to collect, please drop us a message and we will do out best to accommodate your requests.

* Please be aware that the colours shown on your monitor may vary slightly from the actual item due to the differences in monitors.
* We ship our products in bubble wrap envelopes or packages with the products wrapped in bubble wrap
* Mock-ups are sent to you via message or to the email provided (please check junk), an order waiting on a response will not be shipped so please keep an eye on your messages and emails. If you have a preferred method of contact please let us know this in the order notes.
* Once orders have been printed they cannot be altered unless we agree, but this may incur an additional charge
